I really do seem to be slowly trying out each DA submission category lately... 
After searching all night for a texture to use for the blade of my katana model and finding nothing of the sort, I decided to just make one myself and upload it for whoever wants it. Hopefully this helps someone out there.
NOTE: I made this using measurements from my katana's blade. It is best when used on a model with a blade about 1x26 units, or anything with the same ratio.
Also, after applying it to a model in 3Ds max, I used the Specular Highlights box to make it shiny. These values looked best to me:
Specular Level: 13 with this image applied as a mask
Glossiness: 15
Soften: 1.0
EDIT: Almost forgot, I used an existing texture, found here, by
to create the center of this texture.
